Purchased a low mileage 2021 f150. Have had it 1 month, haven’t made a payment and it has been in the shop 4 time. No one at Brian Tolliver Ford in Quitman will return my calls. Next call is my attorney.
Bought a $10000 truck that broke down after 2 weeks and less than 100 miles. Nearly killed me breaking down crossing a highway. I'm told it'll need a new motor and catalytic converters. Toliver had it listed on website, then told me if I didn't want it, they were just gonna wholesale it. Either they used sleazy used car dealer tactics and/or new it was a lemon.
This place really went down hill. Check Engine light and an Evap leak code. In shop four times and they changed charcoal canister-did not fix issue. Then they said a loose connector and now they just don't know and gave up. Greasy fingerprints on both front visors and ceiling, drivers door and ceiling by door and seat last time in shop. So four useless trips and over fourteen days in the shop not resolved. Service guy never available and will not return my calls. Ford Customer service on first call said take it to another dealer. Where do i begin!! I was warned to stay away and not deal with them. But i wanted to support small business in our small town being a business owner my self. Our suv has been in the shop almost as long as we have owned it. The finance lady is the rudest and most unprofessional i have ever seen. It's a small dealorship but they are 'big' on service. Everyone we worked with have great attitudes and treated us with respect. The staff was very helpful in finding 2017 vehicles to meet our needs. We appreciated getting good pricing early on and avoided the hassles associated with purchasing new vehicles. This is our first purchase from Brian Toliver and it was a pleasant experience. The manager, sales personnel and the support stall were all excellent. We look forward being very happy Brian Toliver customers.
It is great doing business in my hometown. The sales and service team are courteous, knowledgeable and "hometown" friendly. We are lucky to have a Ford dealer of this quality in our area.
